“First-off the pizza is the most unique option the region. I love real pizza that has the option of a “Well-Done” top and especially the NY Style dough. I enjoy their Detroit-Style, but thick crust is not really my thing.
Some people rave about their “Tomato Pie”, but even though they have an excellent sauce, I need pepperoni and cheese on my pizza.
The bulgoki pizza is pretty good, and they also have a maple-bacon pizza.
My favorite from them is hands-down the “Well-Done” Pepperoni.
It’s delicious and the texture of the crust has a “bite” and a pull to it. Their process is so hands-on that the dough actually changes with the weather. For many visitors, being right next to the Occoquan River makes for a relaxing and picturesque view while enjoying pie.”
